Representatives from the City of White Settlement will address Commissioners Court regarding the establishment of and plans for the White Settlement Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone #1, and proposed County participation in funding of the TIRZ projects.

Tarrant County Hospital District Bond Package and District Activities Update

 

The Commissioners Court will be briefed on the status of the Tarrant County Hospital District Bond Package and other activities.

 

 

C.

Current and Emerging Health Issues

 

The Public Health Department will update the Commissioners Court on current and emerging health issues in Tarrant County including COVID-19, West Nile Virus and Influenza.  This will be a standing item on the Commissioners Court Agenda as long as necessary.

 

 

D.

Discussion Regarding the 87th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature

 

The Commissioners Court will be briefed regarding developments of the 87th Regular Session of the Texas Legislature.

 

 

E.

Emergency Rental Assistance Update

 

The Commissioners Court will receive an update from staff regarding the 2021 rental assistance efforts. The update will include information on rounds one (1) and two (2) of the U.S. Treasury's Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) funding along with Tarrant County's Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) funding, demographics and outreach efforts.
